With unquestionable speed and precision, the plastic Injection process is present in several production chains.

The production cycle of plastic parts by injection begins with the closing of the mold, positioning and locking of the machine's injection components, for the raw material to be inserted into the mold cavities. In the next step, the polymer is heated in the cannon and in the screw thread, for the material to be injected. After this, the repression is carried out to control the pressure resulting from the beginning of temperature loss of the resin. In the end, the cooling and removal of the molded part is done.
