Sulplast has laboratory infrastructure and highly trained professionals to guarantee the performance and safety specifications of all raw materials used in its production processes.

Among the main analyzes that the company is able to perform internally, we can mention:

• Colorimetric verification;
• Check of brightness;
• Fiberglass content;
• Mineral filler and thermoplastic content;
• Density;
• Shore hardness..

The company is also able to carry out tests for final product validation and approval of initial samples. To aid in this, we have partnerships with highly qualified and renowned laboratories, accredited with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, qualified to perform physical-mechanical tests, weathering tests, aging test, among others.
